Return and Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we receive it, we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange the product. We will only issue a refund to the same payment method as used at the checkout.

Should you decide to return a product, please send an email to our Customer Care team (sales@pherazone.com) to obtain the instructions for returns.

To be eligible for a return:

Products must have been purchased directly from this website
Products must be returned within 30 days from when you received it
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and the bottle must contain the original untampered contents with at least 75% full
Your item must be in the original packaging.
If you ordered more than one bottle the remaining bottles must be returned unused
Return shipments must have tracking number (such as delivery confirmation)
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
